We know how excited you are to receive your order.  Because of that, we strive to ship each order out as quickly as possible. Depending on which shipping method selected at checkout, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Media Mail. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day transit time and also includes up to $100 in insurance should something happen to your package while in transit. Media Mail has a 5-8 day transit time and does not include shipping insurance.

International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically take 10-14 days transit time. Canadian orders are usually 7-10 days. Please note that customs procedures can sometimes add additional time. Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep. While we are anxious for you to receive everything in perfect condition, the mail carriers don't always share our same concern. Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures and details so that we can help to resolve the issue. If you did not select Priority Mail at checkout, any damage claim will be your responsibility. If you did select Priority Mail at checkout, we will handle the damage claim with USPS.
